RE: where do you like to hunt
When you come hunt the Southland, you are not coming to some litter infested biohell, for Heaven's sake. On the contrary, you are visiting the Good Creator's most beautiful offering to all of mankind. Rivers, streams, creeks, lakes, hardwoods, piney woods, and the list goes on.

I've got three spots in Wisconsin. If it's a day hunt...I'll go to a spot in Portage, family friend has land. Or out in Vernon County I have a friend out there, and then go out for a nice dinner. If it's a vacation thing....I'm headed up to Eagle River areawith some more friends. (The third is the most favorite)

I like to hunt everywhere my wallet will take me which isn't far with the DAMN price of gas. I live in central Ia and my favorite place to hunt is here during pre rut with my bow in a treestand.

I would say the best place for me is between Chelsea & Stockbridge Mi.
The area is loaded with deer & the land around there is rich with crops of every kind & swamps, lakes, & wood lots.
It's a real good spot to be when the Rut kick's in, oh' let's not forget about those Turkey's there's alot of them in there too.
