Starrman's theory pretty much matches the explanation that admin gives whenever this happens. The word is that when they reset, the post counts go back to what they were at that point, but that all of the CONTENT (posts, information, or bigfoot sightings<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>) is still there. This has happened several times that I remember and some people always get upset over it. Your post numbers will not be fixed, and I promise not to judge you on the size of your rack.

Why do people get so defensive in here? I mean &quot;Hunters&quot; can take an animals life with no problem but can't take criticism (Actually that wasn't even criticism and you got pissed). Seriously this has been on my mind since day one of stepping on this site this just gave me perfect proof of it to speak my mind. So consider this because if you don’t my perception will be self-evident.

i lost about 200 this time...i would be a life member easy if i never lost any...i had over 1200 last time i looked..and the purpose that i see in it is to tell people how long youve been around and how much they should trust you...if you have 2000 post and tell someone something id think they know better than to lie and try to cause problems....just my thoughts...i personally like the counter..i can care less bout the icon..i wish we could make our own...only with all the members the sight would slow even more...

Wow only lost 50 some post this time. Last time I lost all of them so I feel for u guys that did this time.
