I know this is not a deer hunting accident but just thought it would be good to share. Its a good reminder of knowing your shot before you take it. This happend about twenty miles from my town.

hunting at night for any type of animal should be illeagel and this is a prime example of what can happen

I couldnt' agree more. It's simply not worth it.Even if it'sa 1 in 10,000 chance. Probably why the law exists.
