#1- I'm hungover
#2- Kids had a Basketball tourney all day
#3- State of NY may frown upon hunting out of season. I know......... that's just another petty grey area kind of law that I happen to obey. I should be ignoring the law and doing the ethical thing by being out there killing them so they don't suffer the long harsh winter. Some of them probably won't survive anyway so I can justify to make me not a poacher.

Well NY your not as dumb as you act ... you BUSTED me ..actually I have a 12 volt car battery sitting under my elivated blind and I have aflood light hooked up to it so I can shoot at night ... ahhhh hunting in the south!

NY I know you want understand this here goes.If you leave a deer to die overnite in the woodsin The South Land the meat is spoiled by morning.We have to get them out.Most Game Wardens understand this.

Sometimes YOU need to be responsible for others actions. You knew this going in, but still left him alone to make a decision you already knew he hasn't been able to make in the past. I'd be alot more upset about him wounding several. Although shooting a young deer and a button buck isn't at the top of most hunters lists, recovering a wounded animal is.
