I don't know how many of you have seen this picture on the home page but this is a testament to what some bucks can go through and survive. Anyone know the story behind this, the hunter, the state?

I'm not sure of the physics required to break an antler under these circumstances butI've held a lot of antlers and realize the strength required to break one. This antler has to be deep into flesh, not just hide!

Boy it had to been under a large amount of pressure to snap that antler??? Them things are of steel? But wow, what a mount that would make!
