.270 Sighting In
Someone told me if I sight my .270 in at 25 yards to hit 1.5 inches above dead center and tht shouldput me dead on anything insdie 200 yards? Am I in good shape this way? How much will it drop or rise at these distances?

I sighted my 270 in at 25 yards. It was nine inches high at 100 yards. There is no subsitute for shooting at the range you wanted it sighted for. I was shooting 130 grain Federal Fusions.
