need help choosing mount pose....
ok I need some input here. I need some opinions on what mount pose to go with on my 2005 buck. He is a very symetrical 8 pointer with a 22 1/2 nick and a 14 1/2inside spread and has decent mass. I was thinking about a full sneak looking left "to the right if you are looking at the deer"
here is a pic of the deer.
and in my reply I will show what I have on the wall already...

Yes, the one you want to replace is looking left because you did not shoot that one. Not saying it doesn't belong in your collection but if you run out of room that will be the first to go. I'm going sneak left too, they say it has the biggest neck form. Awesome collection!!!

I just do not like the full sneak mount ..I have one and really am not fond of it .... I took a pretty nice 10pt in Tennessee last week and chose the wall pedestal mount and think it will look great in my trophy room.

I have never seen a dead deer mount pose. That would be diffrent. They dear on its side with it's tongue hanging out and the bullet hole where it was shot would be kinda original.Just as it was when it was dead from the shot.LMAO
