Does the string go into the bottle or just to hang it from? How does it drip?

TIA!

You have a picture of one ?

I think the string is to hold it up.
I also think the little ball is not water tight
and the scent will drip out slowly.

Any way a good idea

I think you're right , they all have a bail or hook to hang them by . And those little balls aren't watertight , I've seen them drip before .

The only thing I see where the store bought dripper has the advantage is that it only drips during the day . Bark 1's version filled with nice cheap apple juice from the dollar store and dripping all the time might actually be better if you were targeting does and it wasn't illegal to bait .

the dripper is intended to keep deer in your area . i never said hunt over top of it if you put apple juice in it.now if you put urin in it it will drip in scrape slowly all day and night see thats the trick.you put say tarsel gland lure in it it keeps buck pissed off and he will visit scrapes more often to try finding intruder buck.now with a little common scents if you want the dripper to only drip at day light hours.same bottle nock out ball attach a peace of 3/8 tubeing about 4 to 6 inches long curl a loop and zippy tie one by spout and other about half to one inch behind dripping end of tube to the loop boom daytime dripper the air pressure builds up as air inside is warmed and exspands and pushes lure or scent out.and how is apple juice baiting any way they sell all kinds of berry, corn, jams for lures for deer.see theres scents and theres lures .deer pee is a scent and anything else is a lure. like buck nip there is no deer pee in that by wild life research.it is a lure to apeal to cureosaty and has plant oils in it.but i guess thats baiting to.yea o.k. you want to know what baiting realy is anything you put out to draw deer in whether it be pee .gland etc. your still putting out something to draw the animal in.or you you could also look at it this way. putting out things like corn ,sweatfeed ,malases , saltblocks ,deercane, minerlblock. now these are the things i do cosider baiting.

Any time you walk past a scrape don't put one toe in it, but before you leave take a piss in his scrape and you'll be pissing a buck off to no end, and yes people it really work...Do this for about three days in a row, and about the same time every day, you'll meet up with that buck, just get you a good spot where you can see thescrape and if your quiet and the wind is right, you just might bag yourself a nice buck, and all it cost you was a little bit of your pee...
