If you want something to put on your boots when you are walking to your spot, then next time you see a pile of deer poop, take it and out it in a frezer baggy and freeze it until you go hunting, take it out and either rub it or step on it all over your foot, the scent will make the deer curious and might present you witha shot! Good Luck!

Ammonia - Never heard tell of it?? You never know until you try it.

You might wanna try this "Cheap scent idea",
Buy a bag of apples(MacIntosh(sp)has best scent,2-3 bucks bag).Every time you go out,put 1-2 apples on ground, crush it with boots, rub it all over soles, sides etc.Rub it on pant legs.
I've had everything from deer, rabbit, fox, possum, tree rats, hogs follow my path directly to stand. No matter where you hunt animals love apples.

AJ52 offered a good idea, if it can cover your sent and still get animals to literally follow you, I would say thatsa winner and will infact try in out this season.

I suppose the ammonia would work, but it would be unpleasant for the deer as straight ammonia is extemely strong and dosn't share the cemmical make up of deer uraine, the make up which other deer would find inviting. But, I think I would cover your sent.

Good luck!

KEEP HUNTING THE GREAT OUTDOORS & GOD ALIVE, PASS IT ON!
