the land that I lease was clear cut last year and the owners had it sprayed today, and are planning on doing a controlled burn within a month. will this hurt my chances on bagging the big buck that i have been watching?

I would think that the cutting would actually enhance the chances of seeing a deer though must agree that if they are spraying then that could be a big problem.
