Sounds nice, but be careful. I shot out of a nice tree stand with tongue and groove cedar siding for walls and a shingled roof (opensides,no closeable windows) and thought I would be deaf for the rest of my life after I fired the 30-06. Wearing earplugs is a must when shooting from an enclosed stand.
Of course, the angle I was shooting from required that the muzzle of my gun be inside the perimeter of the stand - I think if the muzzle would've been sticking outside of the walls it wouldn't have been quite so bad...

Sounds like a motel room. Nothing wrong with having some comforts while hunting. I think hooking up a camcorder to the TV would be a great way to record the hunting experience and everybody can watch. Good Luck!
