it looks pretty thick on both sides of that trail. is that field where it fell on the other side of the thicket or did it run down the trail to fall in that field??

CAM THE BUSH ON BOTH SIDES OF THE SHOOTING LANE IS EXTREAMLY THICK ... THE FIELD THE DEER FELL IN AFTER RUNNING ALMOST 200 YARDS IS ABOVE THE SHOOTING LANE ... THE DEER CROSSED OVER THE LANE FROM LEFT TO RIGHT...I HAD ABOUT 6 OR 7 SECONDS TO MAKE THE SHOT ...ONCE I SHOT THE DEER VANISHED TO THE RIGHT OF THE LANE INTO THEBUSH ...HETRIED TO CROSS THE FENCE INTO THAT FILED BUT THATS WHERE HE EXPIRED ... THE DEER WEIGHED 337LBS ON THE HOOF ..HAD ONLY 4 TEETH IN HIS MOUTH AND WAS AGED TO BE BETWEEN 7 TO 9 YEARS OLD ...

That shooting lane is wide enough an Alabama runningback may make it a yard or two down field. Nice buck....and pics. War Eagle!
