DEER DRIVES NOT HUNTING
#31
Oh man ! does it ever end.
hunting is hunting,. The whole object is to kill a deer. Doesnt matter how you get there, as long as it's legal.
Indians use to run herds of buffalo off cliffs on horseback.

the term is capture myopathy:
This syndrome often occurs after restraint of wild animals. Affected animals may die acutely from lactic acidosis or may live several days and show muscular stiffness or become recumbent. Severe skeletal muscle lesions with myocardial necrosis and myoglobinuric nephrosis may be present.

Hunters have to be the fighting most bickering bunch on the face of the earth. Things are different from region to region. If you were raise doing a certain thing then you will most likely except that way as the correct way but it's not the only way. Everyone need to do what they think is right and leave the next guy alone. If I want to only shoot P&Y bucks and enter every one then that's my business. If I want to shoot a spike over bait then good for me. We need to just worryabout ourown little world and stop passing judgement on all the other guys that are doing it "wrong".

I get tired of seeing hunters bashing hunters just because its done different in some other part of the country. We are all in this together guys, if you grew up in an area/mentality that drove/dogged/baited/etc you'd all be doing it thinking it was normal and fine.
