Default Are you a bad hunter?

Bad as in not a good hunter , nothing to do with safety, ethics, legality etc...

I bet a friend that I would post this question and no one (honestly) would reply yes...

Kinda like asking someone if they're a bad driver. Even if they are, no one wants to admit it.

Go ahead test this theory, ask a friend/relative who you think is not a good hunter or driver, if they are....My bet is they will never admit it...

Any worse and I might as well go vegan ...
We all have bad habits . I used to smoke while hunting , my stalking skills are pretty laughable , and I almost always forget something that I'll invariably need later*cough*blaze hat*cough*license*.

Do I still have fun ? Of course !

I don't knowif it's that I'm bad, but I'm pretty experienced.

It ain't easy to take up hunting when you're in your 40's.

I would like to think that I'm a "good" hunter but my record says otherwise... I started archery hunting back in 1984...and I took my first bow kill (black bear) two years ago.... That would indicate that I'm a "bad" hunter...or as I told my wife Monday after sitting in my stand for 7 hours and seeing nothing...I'm a good hunter...I'm a terrible "killer". I hunt and hunt and hunt but never see anything.[>:][&o]
