Default Google earth

has anyone used the google earth thing? a buddy of mine told me someone on here told him to download it. he did and i think it is cool. so i was wondering how i could get it.

It really good if your area has the updated aerial photos. But either way it is better than terraserver.

None that I know of . It is safe to download and install if that's what you are worried about..

However, there are some errors in Google's database. Earth shows a Domino's Pizza in front of my house. Maybe they know something I don't know

You can go to http://virtualearth.msn.com/, there is no application to download. I do think Google Earth is better though.

If you just want to look at aerials, you can check out google maps instead of google earth. There are also a bunch of other viewers for aerials, like microsoft terraserver, etc.
