Mike I'm not familiar with the moultrie, but I would'nt think you would have to change the batteries in your camera that often, I have a Hawkeye camera and it will take about 3 or 4 rolls before having to replace any batteries. What size batteriesa does your camera take, if they use standard type batteries you can get the duracell ultra with the little tester on the side, thats what I use and it will tell you when the batteries are weak. I'm not sure about the 6 volt if you can get one of them with a tester one it or not.

mike;I have one of the moultries also. I have taken 6 rools,(1 12expo; 3 36expo; and 2 24expo.) the 6 volt is still ok.they say to change the camra battries after 4 or 5 rolls if you use 24expo. or more. it doesn't say about the 6 volt.

I have a little tester I got at wal-mart for I think $6.00. it tell how strong the battries are. the 1 1/2 volts and the 6 volts.well worth the $$$ to get one.

I don't know why you would need to change that often though. my reg 35 mm camra will last for many rolls before changing. the 6 volt runs the sensors and all the d cell runs is the camra and flash.

I am not a hunter I am a whitetail population reduction specialest

remember keep your back to the sun, your knife sharp, and your powder dry.
