RE: Thinking about Bowhunting...
Yeah, well when it comes to tuning, I've learned as I've gone. Common sense tuning I call it. It's when weird things are happening that don't make sense is when experience in working on bows comes in handy. I do what I can and rely on the help of others when I can't figure stuff out. Jay had a couple suggestions that helped me today.
Jay -was that shot in "The Grind"on the Double Drop "knowing your equipment"? he he he... Sorry man, I had to hit you back with something! After dinking around all day, I believe I have it figured out. A couple small adjustments and I'm hitting where I aim at 50 yards with broadheads. A combination of several things (includingseeing things I'm not really seeing), and it's shooting great! I think..... Now if I couldonly sleep...... |
RE: Thinking about Bowhunting...
Wow Todd, deep stuff... Hopefully you can recap some of that while you are sitting in front of a camera opening day that would make great footage!!!

RE: Thinking about Bowhunting...
Its called Ambien Todd. I had them in the hospital to help me sleep since my room mate was up all night gagging and coughing. It hit me hard and I slept great. I wasntoverlytired in the morning either. They might help you out man. Check with your Dr.

Sleeping pills? Dr. Dallas says "One bottle of Jack should do the trick."

LOL!!!!!!!

RE: Thinking about Bowhunting...
I've tried sleeping pills before, but because my condition is based on "sleep pattern", they don't help. My body basically doesn't know when it's night-time!
As soon as hunting season gets going and we're back to the 16 hour grind, I sleep like a baby. I'm usually so tired by the time we get done eating dinner at night, little buddy tucks me in, and I'm out! |
RE: Thinking about Bowhunting...
