Default speaking of father/son deer sheds

This shed was found last year by my landowner 100 yards from the tree where I shot this buck in October. Same buck or related deer? Either way, way cool!

Its hard to say, but it does look like the same buck.

I would think that Todd's was the same buck too if it wasnt found so many years apart. The shed he found would have to of been about 5 years old or so....i dont think thats possible. Looked fresh to me!

Definately a different buck and an older buck to boot, you can tell by the thickness in the thicker antler and it also dosen't have the extra kicker and the brow tine is smaller. These are features of an older buck as are the tips. These aren't as pointed either,so if it were the same buck the thicker antlers would be on the skull. The sheds are an older buck. It could be the father though, some resemblence.
