Camera Arm?

Hey guys, Just wondering what camera arm everyone uses.. I have a lone wolf and that worked just fine with my sony handycam, but since my upgrade to a gl2 it just seems like the head dosen't move very fluent. Is the gl2 to heavy? Can I just replace the head? Any suggestions?

Here are a few pics of it. Ive sold two already to guys who already have shows and they seem to like them. I posted a link since I couldnt get the picture to attach. Check it out. Its the same arm Walt, Steve, Aaron, and I used last season. I have made some changes like powder coating, lengthening arm sections, and adding some tiny rubber discs so it doesnt hit against itself.
