Camera Arm?

Hey guys, Just wondering what camera arm everyone uses.. I have a lone wolf and that worked just fine with my sony handycam, but since my upgrade to a gl2 it just seems like the head dosen't move very fluent. Is the gl2 to heavy? Can I just replace the head? Any suggestions?

Here are a few pics of it. Ive sold two already to guys who already have shows and they seem to like them. I posted a link since I couldnt get the picture to attach. Check it out. Its the same arm Walt, Steve, Aaron, and I used last season. I have made some changes like powder coating, lengthening arm sections, and adding some tiny rubber discs so it doesnt hit against itself.

How long is the piece that goes against the tree? I'm looking for one that can fold down and fit into a backpack.

RE: Camera Arm?

I worked today on the arms I have ordered. Im currently building 10 of them and 2 of the new model. The new model is more of a typical stacked style arm like Todd wanted last year. Its coming out sweet too. Ill post some pics in a few days. They should be awesome and will look cool powder coated. The new model will be alot more packable too as the arm section will be removable from the vertical portion that mounts to the tree. Like I said Ill post some pics later.
