Prime Hunting Land in Oklahoma
For sale in Okfuskee county oklahoma. GPS coordinates are:
35.5998121 Latitude and 96.479344 Longitude. These are approximate measurements. This is one plot of land comprised of 800 acres. There are no roads through the property. Only one county road by the property and it is well isolated from through traffic. One 7 acre pond and one small pond. 40 acres of love grass more or less. Approximately 25% timber on the property. last i knew even in rural areas surrounding tulsa an acre goes for 400 to 800 an acre. I dont even think land around OKC even goes for $1250 per acre. this guy is nuts
