what is the best place for muledeer,whitetails,and elk in the states like Idaho,Washington,Oregon?What mountain ranges?vallies? please give me some info

Mule deer are thick in K falls, OR.

Elk in NE OR.

Not many white tail in OR. I think N ID has a lot of them.
