Heading back to unit 71 this year. We have hunted it several times with mixed results.

I am looking for a little information on an area close to our location that I have not hunted. If I need to get mobile to locate some elk I will.

If anyone has some experience in the area and would care to share some insight, maybe we can PM.

Across from Rico is a little valley. The elk go there when season starts.
