Well, I used to buy through them. I enjoyed the books that they offered - but sometimes it was a major hassle dealing with them. I was charged for books I returned and it often took many emails, letters, and phone calls to finally get things straightened out. In addition, there were only a limited number of titles that they offered, many from their own publishing company. I finally got tired of all the time & hassles and after buying quite a few books (far more that required under the membership agreement) I opted out. - - Regards, - Pointshoot

Yeah..I had more than my share of difficulties with them and cancelled my membership with them just last week after fulfilling my purchase commitment. Poor billing and customer service, mediocre quality of book selection.

I' ve been with The Outdoorsmans Edge Book Club for quite some time now, and I don' t have much to complain about. The only prob with being in that club is having to send back the " No I don' t want the book" reply card. But now you can go to their website and do that, so it' s pretty nice. I like their book selection, and their prices aren' t the best but you' ll pay it for a good book. Hope that helps.
