So I drew a 61, 71 early cow elk tag and a 71-79 deer tag. I have never hunted elk before and was looking for some advice on elk hunting in general and if anyone has hunted this area before maybe some tips that would be helpful. Im planning on hunting the first five days that elk and deer season coincide and have a scouting trip planned for August. Thanks guys, pm's welcome also.
