HI, I am a new bowhunter and live in southern nevada. I'm hoping for a longbow muley tag next year but I am not sure where to hunt. My brother lives in Elko, and I was planning on going up there soon to have a look around. I know that there is a lot of public land around the Ruby Mountains up there. So, I guess my question is where do you hunt in Nevada and have you had any luck especially with the spot and stalk technique??

There is quality hunting all over Nevada, especially for the archery hunter. I've hunted Nevada four times and have never been dissapointed by the quantity of game and beauty of the country!
