CA Public Land Hunting Locations

CA Public Land Hunting Locations
I'm not quite done with it, but it's a start.

It's a Google Earth file containing the locations of CA DFG Wildlife Areas and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services National Wildlife Refuges. I haven't touched on BLM Land yet, but I'm hoping to include some of that as well, as soon as I'm done with DFG_WA's and NWR's. Let me know what you think, and if this is helpful or not.
There are 2 different Icons used - a Buck and a Duck. The duck means that it's primarily waterfowl hunting only allowed (some of the "Waterfowl only" allow crow, pheasant, Racoon, etc.), the Buck means upland game. Simple enough.
It doesn't reveal "secret spots". All information came directly from:
2007/8 Waterfowl Regulations Book p.19-65 (http://www.dfg.ca.gov/regulations/07-08-wf...-lands-regs.pdf)
CA DFG website (http://www.dfg.ca.gov/lands/wa/)
U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service website (http://www.fws.gov/)
It's not perfect, nor is it complete, but I think this is a great way to learn the basics of Where to hunt, What to hunt, How to hunt (legal means of take).
You must have Google Earth in order to view the file's contents. Click Here to Download Google Earth
