Default boarder xing into Saskatchewan

Has anybody taken a deer into SK from MT ? I'm hunting in Montana this fall then traveling thru SK & MBto Ontario. If so was it much of a hassel?
Wehave taken plenty of deer back from Canada to the US in Vermont at Stanstead/Derby Line without any problems but never from the US to Ca.

I live about on the B.C. border here in w. mt. and I brought 3 deer from montana through B.C. several times last year. You can only bring 22 pounds of venison into canada at any time. If they (customs) don't ask you if you have venison (and they won't) don't volunteer the information.

bobby, thanksfor the info. It looks like it will not happen as I didn't get drawen in the landowner sponsered draw again. I wish I could build up points in that draw but thats the way it goes. I'll just stay in Canada for an extra week.
