Great Black Tail!! Congrat's to the shooter!

excellent buck for colombian blacktail....only seen a few that would score more then that here in CA...great job!!!

blacktail still interbreed with muleys all the time, and when proved they have to be scored as a muledeer.

This deer was not interbred... Strictly blacktails where this buck was taken.. Has been forever..

I was born and raised in Oregon. I worked up in a fire tower neer Canyonville Oregon bout 30 or 40 miles from Roseburg. Their was a huge blacktail thatI saw atleast 3 seperate times throught my stay up in the tower. I'll bet his body was every bit that big but I knowhe was atleasy a 4x 4 maybe bigger. The rack had to be bigger than the one in the pic. I could see 4 on one side but their could have been more. He was always between 250 to 350 yards away walking into a canyon. I never could get a shot off.

Iv,s shot ones like that before and they were crosses with mule deer. Nice buck for sure. vangunsmith

Is this buck a blacktail, mulie or cross of the two?
