3more days until bear season here in washington. Anybody taking the day off that monday to head out?

I hadn't thought about it being so close, but I'll be off. I may have to load up and go. It's a good excuse to do some scouting, and I'm dying to get back in the woods.

I am taking the whole week off and hopefully can fill my tag in that week.

Wayne, I don't like those that tree you before you shoot them. Maybe I can bring Bldhound to use as bait, then I can shoot them at the base of his tree. Would that be illegal?

Taken the first week to call in them bears. Got one this spring and hoping to get one for my son before I get my second.

Looks like my normal areas in NE .Wa. don't open till Labor day weekend.......Over another full month.I guess that means closer areas will still be availablein 4 days.

I am leaving sunday morning to hike into a lake and do some fishing and then be able to be up early monday monring. First time hunting this area so I hope I picked a good spot. I heard a few guys got their bears up there last year so I hope I can get mine on opening day, but then again I hope I don't, I don't want to not have any fun the rest of the season, but then again there is always the cat tag[8D]

Can't believe.....knowing how quickly bear spoil's......that anyone would want to hunt bear in 90 degree weather..[:'(]....Must not gonna use the meat...[>:]
