Ward Acrylic goose call??

Does anyone own a Ward acrylic short reed goose call? I just ordered one and I was wondering if anyone uses tham and how they like them?

I have one and it sounds tinny I am going to shorten the insert to see if that helps!! Other than that they seem alright!
