hunting snows and blues???????

in the spring i see them all the time flying but never on the fields. can u set up in a field and call them in??????? i have never tried cuz i never see any of them out in our fields and heard that its not worth tryin to call them big flocks in and if there prty high they prob wont come in. but i want to give her a try this yr. think i am gonna pick up some rag deks and a call and give her a shot. got any info for me i would appricate it. thnks

It is alot harder than you think. First of you need about 1000 decoys to start, and that's a small spread. Then you need to find an area where they are feeding. I am also sorry to say that those big flocks won't even hear you calling if it is just you with a call. Most states now allow electronic callers to hunt snows. If you can swing the money go hunt with a guide some where, you can learn alot and maybe get some tips. Good luck!
