Red Hawk 06-24-2004 01:57 AM

RE: Wild story

When I was at the coast not that long ago, I saw one of my birds (Red Tailed Hawk) dive bomb a group of seagulls and snatched one in mid-air. That was an awsome sight.:D

RE: Wild story

I was participating on a dnr hunt and we were going to dump the insides of the deer people shot that day into the woods about a mile back. While in the back of the truck a doe jumps out infront of us, it was walking very slowly and we figured a coyote got at it because it was limping very badly (apparently there were a lot of coyotes around there because they said so.) We dumped the slop out in the woods and were leaveing and I looked back and I saw a coyote walk across the road (I think it was afer the deer or the slop.)

RE: Wild story

This was real cool, I saw a hawk take down a duck head on, the duck was headed toward a power line that the hawk was on, the hawk came off the powerline turn upside down grabed the duck and they both went to the ground.
Almost as good was the luckest turkey in Wyo.
Two of my friend were trying to get to a roost before a tom, they spotted the turkey just as an eagle made a attack on it ,the turkey went on it back and spurd the eagle and then beat the daylights out of it. So then one of the guys shoots and missed the turkey.
