Englishman visiting the States in 2017
Hello all
I'm intending to visit the southern states from the UK in Feb-March next year for a a bit of a road trip.
I love my shooting and would love to get some done whilst I am stateside - either with rifle or shotgun (or ideally both!). I am also a sporting journalist and write for some of the fieldsports magazines here in the U.K.
Do you guys know of anybody who would be able to help me out? Or if you could recommend some hunting guides that would enjoy some British Publicity in the press then please let me know.

Message me. I'm sure I could find someone or something. Most of the seasons are over by that time though. Your best bet would be to be here in Oct-Nov or Nov-Dec. Most of my family is British and I was born there just grew up here in the States.

Rupert, you have chosen the worst time of the year to hunt in America, except for some predators and perhaps wild turkey in some states most game species seasons have closed. I am guessing if you chose November you will be more successful in hooking up with someone.
