The gun, boat, dekes, etc can be extremely variable depending on where you hunt. We often use real open chokes but get em to decoy at 15-20 yards in muskrat brooks. Even I'm reservoirs w steel shot which chokes up one size we use ic chokes.
Boats to us are normally reserved for getting in n carrying gear than we set up on land.
