A guided hunt for what? There are many species of waterfowl and some places are beter than others for particular species.

A lot of people consider this the best in the USA.

In Canada, check the areas in Alberta & Saskatchewan around Lloydminster. Lots of great waterfowling there.

In the US...The central flyway should be good, so don't count out ND and SD. They have some good shooting too.
If you want seaducks, RI, MA are good. VA & MD, Tidewater and Chesapeake Bay hold birds of several sorts.

Look at Colorado and WA (around Moses Lake) for some US goose action. Snow geese in Texas are educated.

We offer great guided duck hunts
in Manitoba, Canada, specifically on the Delta Marsh for quite a variety of diver and puddle ducks.
