We lost our private land when Johnstown decided to hemorrhage. Now we are stuck on public land. It's been tough going. Think I'll make a go of Nebraska next year.

I saw your post on CW. There are a lot of good places to hunt where you are at. I think you should look at joining a club. CWA is great. We kill a chit ton of birds every year. I'm going to send you a PM on CW.

Hey DJ, I feel your pain. We were all dry here in Kansas both in water and in ducks. We still managed to drop a few and by sheer luck we dropped 3 canadas on opening day while duck hunting. It's just been so hard to hunt the plains states with the drought. And to think 2011/12 season there was too much water here.
