Yea it looks that way but it's actually pretty comfortable to wear !! The bag was made to pack the system itself which only weighs 22lbs.and the decoys for the system which is 8 decoys ,plus more decoys if you want them !!also items such as extra gloves ,jacket,shells and even your gun can fit in one of the pouches!! Nobody says you have to fill it to the max !! Its was designed for anybody to put as much or as little amount of your stuff in and be comfortable as you want it to be !!
