Default md boat blinds

To hunt in md rivers and creeks do you have a boat blind license you have to buy or do you have to get blind site permits every year or can I pop it up and hunt any where according to the other rules and resrictions. I have looked and can't find anything other then offshore blind info on dnr site. If you go off that you can't use a boat blind unless you are 800 yards off shore I would rather stay home then hunt out a 18ft jon with a blind 800 yards off shore.

no license needed you just have to get a blind site of certain public places have permits you can get or if your lucky you can get in on a lease of a private blind
