anyone here hunt snow geese? and if so, im looking to start. any suggestions and/or tips?

Use a lot of decoys. Go with someone who has a set up, before you dive in. I love it, but I dont go unless I get invited to go, with my buddy (who has all the equipment).

wow! they found a couple geese, huh? i cant wait for my conservation season to start. i just got permission to hunt a 50 acre piece of property, and am awaiting pending permission to hunt 1200 acres next to that same spot!

I'm not in it. It was done by some friends from MS. They scout out large flocks of birds that they can stalk, then attempt to gain the landowners permission. Most of the farmers in Arkansas will let you hunt, due to the fact that a couple thousand snows will devastate some crops.
