In the past 3 mornings i have used over a tank of gas finding feeding geese and this morning I hit the payday! I did find geese each and everyday but not like today! a fresh cut green feild and as i watched here they came! 1 feild and and i dont know how many small flocks of geese and almost 200 geese in total! Not to mention goosezilla! This goose was standing in a sentry position and was further away from all the rest and it absolutly dwarfed the other geese! The best part about all this.... my crew are the only guys aloud to hunt this 400acre farm! 7days and it is on like donkey Kong!

No early season here. Regular season opens Sept. 8th. Geese, ducks, and Sandhills. We`re ready.

I live in Heyworth, but will be hunting over near Mahomet for early season. I've got a couple fields I hunt near my house, but only late season this year since they are all corn. Can't wait for Tuesday!

I'm ready, but I'm not ready. I'm in the process of moving 30 minutes from my original home and 2 hours from the apartment I'm in now. I am finishing college. I haven't had any time to look at the place I'm moving or at home, and my hunting group is at college and not scouting. This early season is not looking good, though I'm pumped and ready to go.
