I used to use the old federal premium tungsten iron shells i got for like 10 bucks a box 2s and 4s out of a Modified choke kill birds left and right, now that i am out of them i shoot Winchester Xpert HV 3in 3s out of a Skeet choke and drop birds, i tried black clouds and a box later got 2 birds , every time i would watch feathers fly and nothing would fall or even glide, but my uncle shot a snow about 80yds up and it fell like a stone so i might pick up some 3s and give them another try now that i got a skeet choke.

Kent® Fasteel™ is the best I have tried; better than Federal®, Remington®, or Winchester®. I have bought two boxes of Black Cloud in #2 & #4 steel; just haven't had a chance to use them yet.

My buds and I all use Winchester Xperts in 3" #3s. We use it for all our hunts, whether over water or land, ducks or geese. We are quite happy with these loads and they work for our applications with no trouble at all.

I usually shoot Federals or Remingtons and depending on the day and how high they are flying I shoot #2 or #3. I like to mix it up in the chamber so the third shot has the faster shell.

You can't use extended choke tubes with BC that are NOT MADE for BC. They shread the wad and destroy the principal of the load. JUST USE the choke tubes that come with your shot gun and probably IC or buy a tube designed for Black Cloud
