Here are the proposed 2008 seasons and bag limits. Notice no Cans this year. I am wondering when the 2008 proclamation will be out.

Seems like you're a bit out of the way to be thinking about Utah hunting. Nonetheless, here's a link for the waterfowl guidebook (changed this year or last from proclamation). Limits haven't changed from last year on the geese anyways as far as I can tell. Hope this helps.

Bag limits: White geese (snow, blue, Ross’)—4 per day, 8 in possession;
Dark geese (cackling, Canada, white-fronted, brant)—3 per day, 6 in possession.

You posted last years guidebook. We are looking for the 2008-2009 guidebook. Also, there is no CAN (Canvasback) this year. And as far as being out of the way, I'm stationed at Hill AFB, UT.
