EVeryone said that you haven't hunted ducks until you go to Arkansas and hunt Mallards in flooded timber. Well, they were right! My brother and I got to go hunt together and share some great memories of hunting mallards and flooded timber. We did it the hard way by hunting public places and actually huntng for the birds but the reward was more worth it. We killed some beautiful greenheads that we already have at the taxidermist. This was a hunt that I will remember for the rest of my life. We are so blessed tobe able to hunt in the United States. (There were 2 other hunters with us if you are wondering why we have an extra hen)

Someday, Before I go to the great hunting land in the sky, I want to go to arkansas to do one of those flooded timber hunts people brag about...

That's awesome me and bunch of buddies from work are wanting to try to that next year but we have no clue where to hunt or look for ducks if you could pass along any tips I would appreciate it.
