I added 6 more ducks and 2 geese to our totals this AM
2 Woodies
3 Drake Mallards
and a ..............................................OMG a spoonie

As soon as I pulled the trigger , I knew I had messes up

Oh well
I grind them up and make spicy snack sticks

I have been thinking about doing duck brats, have you tried that?

Yes
But I normaly use goose
Add some pork fat or fatty pork to give the brats the right texture
Maybe 15 - 1 or 20 - 1

Proper spices can cover up the taste of just about any duck
