Default blind set up

I have a haybell blind that Im wanting to try this season and was wondering If I should set it up out in the field with the decoys around it or along the edge of the field back in the brush a little. Im talking about goose hunting by the way, early season. thanks

I would put it right out in the middle. this time of year geese are really used to seeing hay bales. So I don't think you will have a problem! Good luck

Put it in the middle...why not? The bale will conceal you, place your decoys all around. First, however, check the wind, set up with the wind at your back so you can shoot them in the face.
