I don't know about Mexico duck hunting, but if I were you, I'd get a Cinnamon Teal mounted if you get lucky enough to get one.
My friend's dad went dove hunting in Argentina and shot so many rounds that he had to return his gun to Browning for repairs because it stopped firing. They shot thousands of rounds each. They said there was nothing like it.
