Default How do you clean out a goose?

I have been asked to shoot some geese at a friends farm. He said I could keep 1/2 I just have to clean them all. How do you clean a goose? Is it like wild Turkey?

Clean them same as you do a turkey or chicken. You can either breast them out or pluck them. You might want to try to chop their heads off instead of shooting them. A turkey is a chicken is a duck is a goose, they all clean the same.

I simply cut the breasts out...no need to bother with innards and such.
