Default Greater Canadians in Texas.. Where?

I have been fortunate enough to hunt the fields west of Houston (Katy,Sealy etc.) for many years. The goose hunting can be extraordinary!

But I have never shot a greater Canadian goose!

Looks like I will need to travel up to the Texas Panhandle to do so.
I'm asking for recommendations.. areas, guides etc. Not interested in anything but a Greater Canadian...

Any input would be greatly appreciated!
