I see Carpmaster put us on the board, great job! How many birds did you see? I'll be out for the first time on Monday, hopefully to contribute to the team and my freezer.

I got my first Blue-Winged Teal ever this morning!!!!!! 3 of them!!!!!
Pretty birds, was going to get one mounted, but decided to wait for another time, tryin to save some money.
Any good recipes? Those breast are small, I thought about marinating them in teriyaki sauce and wrapping with bacon, cooking them over the grill.

That idea for cooking them should work well...I usually slice them across the breast into 3/4" stripd prior to marinating though...just DO NOT overcook them cook them how you like your steak, the less they are cooked the better they taste...I make mine medium rare...
Congrats
